The bedrooms are on the next level with both bathrooms completely redesigned to accommodate large showers, hall has an aromatherapy steam shower, wall-hung Catalano sink, inset Robern Uplift medicine cabinet with defogger/nightlight/interior outlets. Both bathrooms are tiled by Ann Sacks. Closets are all organized by Closet works. The top floor is the the homeowners oasis as they made it into all entertainment with theatre style sound system included in house since it is built in, beautiful wet bar with sink and stainless steel Uline fridge/freezer/ice maker. There are two decks on each side of the room, both flat roofs were replaced in 2019, new cedar decking are completely private. The South side roof deck has a Vermont Castings stainless steel grill that is included in the home and has a direct gas line to it for ease of use. They have also installed a retractable awning over this space so as to shade themselves from the hottest of days, along with a convenient water spigot on both decks. The outdoor Bose Speakers also stay with the home. Some additional updates: Fall of 2020, both furnaces were replaced from Four Seasons with a transferrable warranty, UV whole house filtration systems on each furnace, ac condensers are not original and were replaced in 2016. The garage door was replaced, the garage opener was upgraded to a Smart Wall mount with battery backup and dead-bolt that can be controlled with app on phone. The lintel above the garage was also repaired that included new flashing, insulating walls and ceiling of garage and replacing the surrounds on the garage. Garage is heated with thermostat, upgraded lighting, Elfa Shelving system. New Nest smoke/co2 smart detectors throughout hardwired and battery backups. Freshly painted walls and ceilings. The exterior of the house was sealed for moisture at the same time of this repair. The garage floor also was resealed and rubber floor added.
