* Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords in the last 3 years.
* Credit score will not be considered.
* A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. No misdemeanors in the last 3 years. No felonies in the last 7 years.
* Smoking is prohibited on site.
* Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
