Check-in is after 4 PM with self check-in at the front desk, and check-out is before 11 AM. Early or late check-in/out may be available upon request. A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted. There is a strict no-smoking policy and low noise level post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Violations of the guest count policy incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction.
We provide essentials like Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib, toiletries, linens, and towels. Note that washcloths and kitchen towels are not included.
