Please no cooking meat in the kitchen. Eggs are fine. If you need you can setup barbeque in the backyard.

Please use coasters (can be found in right hand side drawer close to fridge ) for the Counter Top while cooking. It is white quartz and not as good with HOT utensils.

Please use trash cans available in the kitchen by the sink or ones available in the the garage.

The small trash can in your room is only for paper / dry waste, not for food or anything which might leave stain on carpet. Thank you for understanding.

Please avoid taking food, which might spill / stain on the new carpet , in the room if possible, I have a brand new dinning table / bar stools which you can use for your meals.
