The fully equipped kitchen comes with a large refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all the utensils and cutlery you'll need to cook your favorite meals. The beautiful marble bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Essential amenities include fresh linens, towels, an iron, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi keep you cool and connected, and laundry is made easy with an on-site washer/dryer in the basement.

Access to the loft is via a ladder, so ensure you're comfortable with this set-up. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside of the apartment, and violations will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and there is no luggage storage available on-site. Please use the service to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and you cannot receive mail at this address, so consider opening a PO Box. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and all guests must respect the house rules to avoid any penalties.
