Laundry is in the two car garage. Sandestin association fees are $383 per quarter (about $128 per month) for access to amenities within the resort, including beach parking, two community pools and more. Both the Village of Baytown Wharf and Grand Boulevard with shopping, restaurants and Publix are just a golf cart ride away. L'atrium association fees are $186 a month for yard service, daily trash pickup and basic cable. Besides the complete renovation, there are several other recent upgrades: new roof, exterior ARB approved paint, fence paint, 10K air conditioning system, garage door, termite bond through Florida Pest Control.
