A $1,000 security deposit is required for all bookings made through our direct booking website or through VRBO. The security deposit will be returned, less any damages, within 14 days of vacating the apartment. The apartment may be rented for a minimum of 30 days. An additional cleaning fee of $150 applies if the apartment is left in poor condition. We kindly ask that you leave the apartment in the same condition that it was in upon move-in.
