Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $400.

Check-in is at 4PM EST and checkout is at 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every 30 minutes, rounded up. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, with a penalty of $500 for violations. No parties or gatherings are allowed, with a maximum occupancy of five people. Unauthorized parties will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $500. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and no refunds will be issued for such disturbances. Guests must log in and out of their own accounts for streaming services on the smart TV, and unauthorized subscriptions will incur a charge of the subscription cost plus a $25 service fee.
