The yoga and library room provides a peaceful reading and meditation space with a full bathroom and walk-in shower. Enjoy the outdoor cocktail pool and spa area, two fire pits, a gas BBQ grill, an outdoor dining area for 6, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. The property is fully fenced for privacy and surrounded by lush gardens.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. We allow 1 pet max at a $300 per stay pet fee, no more than 35lbs. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, including the beds, or in the pool. Guests must pick up after their pets, inside and out. Any evidence of pet damage or feces will incur a penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $400. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside the property, with a penalty of $500 and removal from the property without any refund for violations. Absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed, with a maximum occupancy of 5 people at all times. Any parties will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $500. You must be at least 25 years of age to check-in to the property. A digitally signed rental agreement, valid photo ID, and verification selfie are required prior to arrival. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. [SI]
