This unit is newly remodeled as of last summer with new flooring, bathrooms, countertops, furnace/AC unit. The kitchen pictures are not up to date. We will update the pictures once the current tenant moves out.
The rent will go up to $1900/month after 6 months. After that, the length of lease is somewhat negotiable. We would prefer the lease end sometime between May 31 and July 31.
