It's a total remodel and the construction was done by C&C Construction and it's clear they've done a fantastic job! This is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on a corner lot with a great 2 car detached garage. A big focus of this remodel was interior. Here's the short list: All new flooring, totally remodeled kitchen using existing cabinets, new countertops, huge new island, all new appliances. All new lights throughout, all fresh paint and repaired or new walls and ceilings, completely gutted bathroom (with new shower, toilet, tile flooring and sink), redesigned master 2-tier bedroom and new closet. Added new Fujitsu Ductless heating and AC, and all new furnace and AC (furnace is installed in the huge crawl space). Much of the home has new electric, plumbing, and replacement windows. The exterior got cleaned up quite well, but at some point the home will need exterior paint. There just wasn't a budget for this in this job. The roof and gutter age is unknown, but it appears in good shape per the contractor. We don't know if the chimney works. Remodeling this included so many details that won't fit on this description.
