The apartment offers a cozy living room area furnished with a queen-size bed and a convertible sofa bed to accommodate one more guest. Additionally, it features a small dining table and a flat TV for relaxation after an exciting day in New York. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a small mirror, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, and kettle for your convenience.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $300 per month, with a rate of $350 per month between June 1st and October 1st. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee.
Located within walking distance to Central Park and just two blocks from the subway station (Q, R yellow line), you will be able to travel the city effortlessly, allowing you to enjoy your trip to the fullest extent. A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as they are periodically updated. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are required to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. For the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No parties, no smoking, and no loud music are allowed, with penalties for violations.
If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
