This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we participate in a community noise reduction program. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us be good neighbors. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are daily from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Unauthorized additional guests or visitors will result in an unauthorized visitor fee of $250 per person. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property. Guests who bring unauthorized pets onto the property will be responsible for a fine of $250 per pet and any additional cleaning charges based on the cleanliness of the home at time of check-out. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine up to $2,000 for smoke remediation. Check-in is 4:00PM or later unless other arrangements have been approved by the host. Access instructions will be sent through the booking platform the morning of your stay only after the guest agreement has been signed. Check-out is at 11:00AM unless previously discussed. Guests shall vacate the unit at the end of its rental period. If the housekeepers arrive on time at 11:00 AM and the unit is not vacated, guests will be charged $100 every fifteen minutes past 11:00 AM for their delay. Guests who overstay their reservation prevent us from offering reservations with same day transitions and creates operational challenges for our housekeeping staff and for guests arriving the same day. We are equally committed to making sure the house is ready for your arrival as well. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property. Guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including an email, phone number, and a clear photograph of your face. This property implements video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests.
