All adult guests need to pass a background check before arrival. An $8 background check fee may be charged for any additional guests not listed in the original booking. Smoking on the property will result in a $1000 fine. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $500 fine. There is a $1000 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. A surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way, and any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. A $50/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out late. Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.
