Home is located in Monterey Bay Heights, just off Soquel Drive, and provides walking distance to bus transportation. If you are a strong walker you can walk to Gayles Bakery, Nob Hill, Cabrillo College, and even the beach at Capitola Village! The driveway is a bit steep and needs resurfacing but no problem parking cars at the top.
