This villa adheres to a strict no smoking and no pet policy. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book. The maximum number of cars allowed is 3, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Restricted vehicles include RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts. Check-in day during summer is Saturday. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained staff following CDC protocols to ensure your safety and comfort.
