By far the nicest unit I have seen in this building. Definitely move-in condition. The pull-down staircase accesses a really good size attic with lots of storage. The laundry room is a great asset. Kitchen and Bathroom are updated. The 2 bedrooms are a good size and the livingroom and dining room are a pleasure to sit in. The unit was recently painted and is quite lovely. It is really a pleasure to show and should not be missed. No dogs allowed, cat with approval.
