Both bedrooms are equipped with closets and windows that let in plenty of natural light. Enjoy the convenience of a Roku streaming box, and AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit).
All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $325 to $475.

For your grocery needs, the Whole Foods Market and Amazon Hub on East 87th Street and 3rd Avenue are within walking distance, ensuring easy access to fresh produce and a variety of other essentials. Transportation is a breeze, with the Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station just a few steps away, ensuring easy access to the rest of the city. Additionally, the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86th Street Subway Station and the M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). The payment should be made on a monthly basis. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. For the safety and security of all our guests, we require that each guest presents a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
