Free parking is available, and for those with electric vehicles, an EV charger is provided. However, no pets are allowed, and bringing a pet will incur a $500 fine. There are no parties or events allowed, and violations will result in a deep cleaning fee between $500 and $700, plus a charge for carpet cleaning depending on the size of the home. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. A cleaning fee is based on courteous guest behavior, and any unreasonable mess or damage will incur an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, and a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if any smoke debris or smell is identified.

This home is on an arterial road in Beacon Hill, and you may experience some traffic noise during busy commuting times. The home is mostly quiet during off-peak commuting hours. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to a fee of $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval, they will be charged for the next night’s stay. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests and may terminate your stay at our discretion if such behavior continues.
The third floor features a convenient office space ideal for meetings or work sessions, complete with a workspace that includes a desk and chair. A smart TV is also available for use. A laptop computer is not included.
