The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. Please report any issues immediately. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. Please clean up after using the kitchen. Dishes, utensils, and cookware should be washed and returned to their places. Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Do not lock the bottom lock.
