Downstairs unit is a full-time rental - currently rented at $1950. Owner can be there to show with 48 hours notice. When you purchase most homes on the Island, all furnishings are included which is true with this property excluding some fish sculpture on the walls. We have a great percentage of summer guests who return each year, so there is built-in business if you want it. Since there is a water shortage on the Island, we are not permitted to wash down the exterior but will be glad to do any maintenance items with a reasonable offer.
