Previous owner had a work shop down stairs. This is a real Family Home with a roof that was installed Dec. 22, 2010, a sprinkler system was installed 11-2010 that has a 5 yr parts warranty, Rolex Windows installed 3-18-2003. A new well for irrigation was installed 4-8-2004 and the home is connected to city water. There is a 10 X 14 Pony barn/storage shed that was built at the time the home was built. There is a large walk-in closet in the Master BR + a double closet. The owner changed the plans and turned the Master Bath area into the walk-in closet but new owner could change it into a master bath if one was needed. There are two baths on the main floor now. One is off the Family Room area and one in the hall. Basement carpet is about 3 yrs old, new furnace and AC were installed 3-5-2003, Hot Water tank was installed in 2007.
