Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property, and any additional visitors require host approval. A $250 cleaning fee may be assessed if the hot tub requires draining and refilling due to trash, food, vomit, or other debris. Please do not rearrange the furniture or decor, and notify us immediately if anything breaks or is damaged during your stay. Illegal substances, activities, or firearms are strictly prohibited on the property. For your safety, there are exterior security cameras on-site, which do not monitor any interior or private areas.
The home is equipped with super-fast Wi-Fi and HD streaming TVs, making it a remote work-friendly environment. A laptop computer is not included.
