Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 8 AM. Keep the hot tub covered when not in use to maintain cleanliness and temperature. No glassware is allowed in or near the hot tub for safety reasons. A $250 cleaning fee may be assessed if the hot tub requires draining and refilling due to trash, food, vomit, or other debris. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. If you’d like to have additional visitors, contact the host for approval. Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable, especially during quiet hours. Do not rearrange the furniture or decor. If something needs to be adjusted, contact the host. Notify us immediately if anything breaks or is damaged during your stay. Illegal substances, activities, or firearms are strictly prohibited on the property. For your safety, there are exterior security cameras on-site. These do not monitor any interior or private areas. Follow the trash disposal instructions and ensure trash is securely bagged.
