Important house rules include shoes off upon entry, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., no parties allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge, and tampering with Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks will result in fees. We are not responsible for anything that happens on the street, so use common sense, always lock your car doors, keep windows rolled up, and don't leave items visible in your car.
