The great room family area and living room both offer TV cable and streaming services, while the upstairs game room provides TV streaming only, along with an Atari, games, and toys. The outdoor area is perfect for gatherings, with a propane BBQ and a natural gas fire pit for enjoying exceptional sunsets over the mountains.
The private pool can be heated for an additional $400 per week to 85 degrees, while the hot tub is available at no extra cost. Guests can also enjoy the community heated pools and spa nearby.
Located in North Phoenix, Casa Gamble is a great starting point for visiting Sedona, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon, with quick access to the I-17 Highway. The community features meandering walking paths throughout the neighborhood, allowing you to experience the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. Two centrally located parks offer amenities such as heated swimming pools, kiddie pools, playgrounds, a sand volleyball court, tennis courts, and a full basketball court, providing fun for the whole family.
