Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Hot tub cleanliness fine is $250, and specific rules apply to its use, including no food or drinks, no glass, and respecting neighbors by keeping noise levels down. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. Checkout instructions are not mandatory but appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
