This home offers a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry and cooking space, and a coffee maker with Keurig, French Press, and Cuisinart options. Enjoy the living room with a 65” Smart TV, an indoor gas fireplace, expansive windows, and large plush seating. For outdoor fun, there's a hot tub, fire pit, basketball hoop, outdoor patio/dining area, BBQ grill, movie theater with projector, kid’s playground, putt putt, disc golf, corn hole, giant connect 4, and a tree house.
AWD/4WD is highly recommended and required during winter months. If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability.
Just a short drive from Asheville’s vibrant downtown, breweries, hiking trails, and local attractions, you'll have the best mountain charm and modern convenience at your fingertips. Nearby attractions include Hickory Nut Gap Farm, Flying Cloud Farm, Whistle Hop Brewing Company, Bearwallow Mountain Trail, and Turgua Brewing. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. The indoor fireplace is currently not available for guest use. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Parking is available in the driveway for a maximum of 6 cars. Street parking is not allowed. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. The ice maker is out of order. [SI]
