The bathroom is stocked with hand soap, towels, garbage bags, a hair dryer, and a first aid kit. The mattress has a mattress protector and the pillows have pillow protectors that are washed between each stay.
Small dogs are allowed with a one-time $149 pet cleaning fee and $40/month/pet additional fee.
This apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops. It is also very close to the bus stop. You can be to any highway or in the heart of downtown in less than 5 minutes. Numerous electric scooters and bikes are available for rent across the street, and Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the city.
All rentals will be a minimum of 30 days. There might be some muffled white noise from time to time, as it is the city. You must be 18 or older to book.
