Upstairs on level 2, the main level living features a desirable seamless flow from the kitchen, living-room, and dining area. The 2 side porches are great for outdoor seating and enjoying the mountain air. Bedroom 3 is located on the 3rd level up and is currently used as a guest/storage room. This cabin has all new kitchen appliances, AC less than 1 year old, and leaf guards on all the gutters. The cabin has been used as a primary residence for the past 5 years. Prior to this time, the cabin was on overnight rental. If you are looking for a cabin that can be used as both an overnight rental and a primary residence, this may just be what you need.
