If neighbors complain, or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, it's $1000 for violation. Late checkout without prior approval will be fined 2 times the nightly rate. Do not put trash or toilet paper in the toilet bowls because clogged toilets or plumbing issues can result in a bill of $300-$500. No DJ is allowed, and the penalty is $1000 for violations.
