House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Exceeding the occupancy limit and falsifying occupancy information at the time of reservation may result in eviction, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. Local resident restrictions apply, with guests residing within a 100-mile radius required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is needed before booking. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
