This sunny 2 story single family home is located on a quiet dead-end block in the heart of Ednor-Gardens. Street parking is available. Has both front and back yards with plenty of space for planting.We have all hardwood floors, no carpeting. There’s a mostly open floor plan on the first floor and both sides of the house get great light throughout the day. The kitchen has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. There is a balcony off of the kitchen. The house has 3 bedrooms and lots of closets. One full bathroom. The basement is open and also very bright. Washer, dryer, utility sink, and sump pump in the basement.

We have baseboard heaters and 4 window A/C units, one for each bedroom and one for the first floor. We are private landlords and do not use a property management company. We live locally -- in Charles Village -- and are fluent in English and Spanish.

Cats are welcome for a refundable pet fee of $500. Tenant pays water and BGE. Tenant would also need keep lawn mowed.

Ednor-Gardens is a beautiful green neighborhood that is very walkable and quiet with lots of friendly neighbors. The neighborhood is very close to the year-round Waverly Farmer's Market, the Y of Maryland, Giant, Ace Hardware, the Waverly library, and local gems like Pete's Grill, Red Emma’s, Normal's Books, Punjab Grocery, and more!
