Unit owners with a washer and dryer or want to install a washer and dryer must
submit an ARC (Architectural Review Committee) form requesting approval to install
and connect the washer to a dedicated outside drain line at the owner’s expense.
The dryer must be vented to the outside but not into the breezeway.
Include a sketch of the outside drain line from the unit to the outside main drain
connection, and a sketch of the dryer vented to the outside. Unit owners must have a
Board approved ARC and provide the required permit prior to beginning the project.
Unit owners with existing washers and dryers must submit the required ARC to
connect to an outside drain line or remove the washer and dryer
