There is an Association Fee for use of the Beach but I'm not sure the cost. The last time I checked it was $125.00 I will verify that. It is a cost I due not cover. The house is on a dead end street and walking distance to the Beach. Tenant is responsible for all utilities in including garbage, snow removal, lawn mowing. I am not sure about Pets it depends on the kind of pet it is and the size.
