Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs will result in a $200 penalty. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
