Private 5 acre paradise! Lots of trees and trees offer privacy. The front isn't mowed just left as a small pasture. The road to the house is concrete with a small bridge and could use some tlc. Tons of trees for wood for the fireplace. The newer addition is fixer upper in need of remodeling. Newer addition put on in late 60s or very early 70's has 2 bedrooms on the main with bath, kitchen and living room with a woodburning fireplace. Door off living room opens to a large deck which has privacy due to trees. The basement has a rec room and bath and one bedroom with an egress window, second room could be a bedroom if egress is added. The original part of the house could be salvaged or torn down and an addition could be added (check with the city first). The orginal part of the house was built in 1920 and has a kitchen, bath, living room and enclosed porch on the main floor, 2nd floor has two bedrooms. There is a large shed out back which is in need of tlc. Has no doors and some metal siding will need to be replaced to salvage. There is a small shed that is 10x12 that needs tlc also. Comes with a propane tank (owned not rented) and furnace, water heater, and stove are propane. Newer addition is in need of a complete remodel and deck on front of house will need to be replaced. This house is a handy mans dream and once completed would be an amazing place to live. Has abundant wildlife right at your front window. Close to Stone Park with walking trails, scenic lookouts and camping area. House has personal items which will be removed in the first week it is listed. After that every that remains in the house goes with the house. Has lots of boxes, trash etc. that buyer will have to remove. Comes with refrigerator, stove (oven doesn't work), and 3 window a/c's but not warrantied to work. Central A/C for house doesn't work. Well is dry and will need to be drilled. Pump for well was replaced one year ago and septic will have to replaced by the buyer.
