Fully furnished units feature stainless steel appliances, fire places, separate bedrooms, air conditioning, 2 televisions with premium channels, all the linen for your bedding and bathroom, shower amenities, and for an added cost, weekly housekeeping service, daily breakfast buffet, and an evening social serving beer, wine, soda, and light meals. These are short-term rentals of anywhere from weekly or up to 6 months based on credit history. If you are staying under 28 nights, you can bypass the credit check and pay weekly as needed. Rental rate described is our lowest rate with a 3-month commitment after approval with no additional services as described above. Weekly rate is $871.31 with breakfast, weekly housekeeping service, and evening social included. Please note, for everyone who does not want to undergo our background check or review of credit history, max stay is 28 nights and you will need to depart. You can return to stay another 28 nights after you have been out of the unit for 48 hours. All utilities are included with the rental!
