The resort provides a maximum of 10 wristbands at guest services.

Guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card prior to arrival. Check-in and check-out are self-service.
This home is suitable for children and infants. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for bugs and mosquitoes, and bug spray is available. However, everything outside of this is beyond our control. The home is not baby-proofed. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed to stay overnight. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
