Renters Liability Insurance with $300,000 minimum that meets all lease requirements required.
$39.95 third party application fee per adult.
1 year lease preferred $2100/month.
Security deposit equal to monthly rent amount.

Pet Policy:
No cats permitted.
1 small mature dog under 20 pounds may be considered and if approved, must meet pet agreement criteria and will increase the monthly rent by $100. (Some breeds of dogs will not be approved as owner's insurance will not allow them.)
