The owner put in new screens and door in the screened-in porch, resurfaced the porch with composite decking, and enclosed what used to be an open bottom to create more storage space (poured footers, insulated, poured concrete, and left a vent on one side). He created the concrete outdoor patio and installed the fire pit. There are solar-powered motion sensor lights in the backyard and 2 rear parking car spots. You will be absolutely mesmerized by the character, high ceilings, the yard, convenient location (back roads to everything--shopping, restaurants, schools, you name it), and having the most handsome corner lot of the neighborhood. The owners will miss relaxing in their dreamy yard with Italian lights strung up on the trees and are so sad to leave their neighbors with whom they'd enjoy Sunday breakfasts porches, yearly Christmas parties, backyard fire pit parties, helping one another with house projects, trading tools, etc. They are grateful for the wonderful memories there, are excited to enter the next chapter of their lives, and hope the next owners will appreciate the low utilities/taxes, the community, and the labor of love invested in this nest.
