Yes, you are buying a home from a contractor who made a plethora of meticulous upgrades that will delight you. Where to start! All the hardwood floors excluding stairs have been refinished. Everything has been repainted (we're talking trim doors, ceilings, walls that were gilded with wall paper, exterior of home--everything). The dreaded popcorn ceilings have been painstakingly removed. Wainscoting and woodwork installed on first and second floors. He created the concrete outdoor patio and installed the fire pit. There are solar-powered motion sensor lights in the backyard and 2 rear parking car spots. You will be absolutely mesmerized by the character, high ceilings, the yard, convenient location (back roads to everything--shopping, restaurants, schools, you name it), and having the most handsome corner lot of the neighborhood.
