Property is on a shared well - total 5 homes on the well w/ well agreement. house has Six (6) beautiful ceiling fans, lots of lighting, and 4 Boston Acoustics speakers in the ceiling, wired into the living room for hookup to your stereo system. South side wall of rear yard, by the sand area, is hidden by 24 ficus privacy hedges. Orange tree, key-lime bush and a huge fig tree in the rear yard provide lots of fresh fruit, and many colorful (non-prickly) bushes brighten the entire yard. The KENMORE Pro Series refrigerator and freezer were recently serviced and the coolant recharged. The kitchen sink disposal was replaced last year. The travertine tile Master shower and every grout line in the entire house was resealed just a few months ago. The master shower has two sets of new large rainfall showerheads and a new hand-held spray arm. Above the large windows in the family/great room are southwest steel sculptures that are back-lit by remote control multi-color led lighting that stays with the house. Oversized 3-car garage has 4 ceiling mounted storage racks that raise and lower on cables and lots of built-in storage closets. The HUGE 80 gallon hot water heater had both of its heating elements and regulators replaced 2 years ago, and the water softener system was completely rebuilt (all new valves) just 2 months ago. The 2 TRANE A/C-heating units on the roof were serviced and refrigerant charged last year, and they both have Ozone/antibacterial generators installed that keep the air in the house nice and clean. The house is also equipped with 3-stage whole-house water filters, located in the garage alongside a pressure pump system that gives you 65 pounds of water pressure (fabulous showers!) consistently throughout the house and the sprinkler system, and all exterior hose bibs. Three of the bedrooms have high-grade vinyl plank flooring that was installed 2 years ago - TOTALLY waterproof against spills or wet pets. The majority of the floors and hallways in the home are beautiful ceramic tile, in excellent condition - all of which were thoroughly cleaned prior to the re-sealing of the grout recently. There is a "Jack-n-Jill" bathroom setup between 2 of the bedrooms on the south side of the home, with private sink vanities for each bedroom.
