Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, with trash disposed of properly. Infrequent cases of extreme uncleanliness may result in an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500. Pets must be well-trained, quiet, and non-disruptive, and should not be left unattended unless crated. A maximum of one pet per unit is allowed, and pets must be leashed in outdoor areas. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages caused.
