The first Bedroom is very large & the 2nd bedroom is smaller (more dormitory size) and would be ideal for a Single adult, WFH office, Children's room or Nursery.

Annual Lease would start on December 1st 2024 and end November 30th 2025 with the option to go month-month after. The first Month's rent is due at the signing of the lease, with the security deposit $1300. Subsequent rent payments of $1300 would be due on the 1st of each month.

Possibility for early move in.
