The living room and bedroom have berber carpeting. The bathroom is tiled, and the kitchen has vinyl plank tile so it's soft underfoot.

The bathroom has a shower only (no tub).

We provide free laundry machine usage included in rent; you have your own laundry area inside the apartment to use all by yourself.

We discourage students from applying for the apartment unless they are non-smoking (inc. no drugs), and are the most studious, quiet, anti-partying, sober type. Late night activities, guests, etc., will disturb other tenants and repeated disturbances result in evictions. Our second floor tenants are working adults and need to sleep at night and can't have loud noises above. We seek tenants with a similar schedule to ensure quiet hours are maintained for everyone's rest and enjoyment. Working professionals are preferred, or studious respectful students.

Tenants must show proof of income, provide references, etc..
