As of July 2024Great condo on the south side of the building. This is VERY NICE! Has had many updates such as a new kitchen, carpet, etc. and is a wonderful place to call home. If you want a very clean and secure building this is it. This is a great area and gives you the feel of the city due to so many conveniences within walking distance. You can walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes! There are also many other conveniences such as dining - SoHo, River City, Dirty Don's, Bummz, Bagel Factory, Krispy Kreme, Starbucks, pizza, ice cream, etc. Grocery store is very close, t-shirt shop and other shopping. Go to Pier 14 and eat or fish on the pier, see the sky wheel, or just walk down the boardwalk or boulevard and see everything going on. People that come to The Atlantis to visit come year after year. Short-term and long-term rentals allowed. Owners are allowed to have a pet - size restriction. Pest control is also included in HOA fees.
