OCEAN VIEWS AND 300 STEPS TO THE BEACH!! As soon as you walk into the foyer of this two bedroom, two bath condo you will be most impressed. The entire condo has been upgraded and updated in very good taste. The floors are stained concrete in the living areas and are beautiful. The kitchen has beautiful high end kitchen cabinets with dovetail and soft close drawers and solid surface countertops. The windows are hurricane proof and are fairly new. Both bathrooms have been upgraded with all new fixtures, plumbing, vanities and toilets. All kitchen plumbing has been updated. A new GE stacked washer/dryer installed in January, new garbage disposal in January. The HVAC was just replaced in August as well as a new hot water heater. The only thing needed in this condo is you. The HOA is strong with money in reserves. One pet per owner - 30lbs or less. This area is so convenient - you literally have restaurants and shopping within a close walking distance. The Boardwalk is only 5 blocks away and the beach is 300 feet.
