The apartment is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The apartment has a minimum age requirement of 22 years for out-of-town guests and 25 years for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
