Since most people spend 26%-50% of their income on rent, so shouldn't you get credited? Credit Reporting Fee is $2.99 per month. We will report your rent payments to all bureaus. Smart Home Features allows you to access your locks and thermostat remotely using your computer or mobile device, you can review access activity remotely, manage humidity and mold in the home, create access codes for visitors or other family members, monitor and control the house temperature which can help you save 12-15% on your monthly energy bill and many other features and smart devices that can be connected to your home optionally. This Smart Home Automation is required and will be $20.95 per month.

1. Our Utilities Concierge Service will assist in connecting your utilities prior to moving in to your rental home.
