The kitchen area, open to the living room, is stocked with appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. A breakfast bar with three barstools is perfect for meals or setting up a workstation for remote work. The bedroom features a memory foam king-size bed with two twin trundle beds underneath, and a Roku-enabled TV. The bathroom includes a shower and tub combo with plush towels. A full washer and dryer are available on the patio for your convenience.
The community features three newly remodeled pools, with one seasonally heated, and freshly resurfaced tennis courts with Pickleball lines. Electric vehicle charging stations are available near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A $50 pet fee applies for house-trained pets, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee, while Emotional Support Animals are subject to the fee.
Gulf Terrace Condominiums are located in the heart of Destin, just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots. You’ll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. The complex offers the convenience of two entrances, with the main entrance leading directly onto Destin’s main highway and a side entrance for easy access during busy times.
This is a first-floor unit, so you may hear noise from neighboring units. Linens and beach towels are provided, along with a courtesy supply of essentials like toilet paper and soap. Trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex, and HOA towing fees apply for violations. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect, prohibiting excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not allowed on furniture. Checkout is at 10 AM CST, with additional charges for late departures. Any issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests may be held liable for damages. Violations of house rules may result in eviction without refund.
The breakfast bar with three barstools can double as a workstation for remote work, though a laptop computer is not included.
