Only registered guests can use the amenities, and no outsiders or visitors are allowed. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, with a fine of $300 for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250.
