If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 minutes, guests will be charged a $2,500 fine, immediately removed, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Tampering with smoke detectors or triggering them due to smoking will result in a $2,500 fine, immediate removal, and reservation cancellation without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and non-refundable cancellation of the reservation.
